Global inventory of regional and national qualifications frameworks 2019 - A biennial review of global developments in national and regional qualifications systems.  The 2019 thematic analysis addresses issues including digitalisation, RPL, learning outcomes and information sources on Qualifications.  Jointly written by the European Centre for the Development of Vocational Training (Cedefop), the European Training Foundation (ETF), the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation (UNESCO) and the UNESCO Institute for Lifelong Learning (UIL), and published by the ETF in 2019.
