There is a mix of online learning and classroom based learning. Classroom lectures will be held on selected Saturdays through the academic year, commencing at 9.30am and finishing at 4.30pm (times subject to change) and there will also be online lectures throughout the acedemic year.

The Higher Certificate in Business in Real Estate (Valuation, Sales and Management) is a level 6 award (120 ECTS) on the National Framework of Qualifications developed in collaboration with Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers and is approved by the Property Services Regulatory Authority for licensing purposes. It is a challenging two year course that covers issues relating to the valuation, sale and management of residential property. |

While many of the applicants for the part time route may already be employed in various roles within the profession, successful graduates can expect to obtain employment across a range of occupations within the real estate sector. These include valuation, management, marketing and sales and administrative positions in public and private organisations.
On successful completion you may progress to TU731 Auctioneering, Valuation and Estate Agency.
