Schedule
Participants will take 7 modules in semester one, 4 modules in semester 2, and undertake 2 self-pace modules over the duration of the course. The expected schedule of contact hours will be approximately 15 hours per week. The work-placement aspect of this course takes place for 12 weeks in semester 2. |

Career Accelerator: This programme has a closely linked suite of activities designed to act as a career catalyst, ensuring that graduates are career ready. It brings the research dissertation, placement and digital portfolio together as a 'Career Accelerator', in a coherent, tangible and transferable entity that is aimed at accelerating graduates’ careers. This is a connected, collaborative application of theory to practice with an emphasis on ensuring industry-ready high potential graduates. It is delivered in partnership with academia, industry, and the Careers Service and ensures students graduate with a portfolio that reflects their knowledge, skills and competencies while showing the breadth, depth, and currency of work that has been undertaken. As a wraparound to prepare students for the workplace, the Career’s Office provide a number of seminars on CV creation and interviewing as well as offer one-to-one mock interviews and feedback on CVs.
