Why take this course?
“This course will prepare you for a specific and necessary role within the construction industry. It focuses primarily on the management of construction projects coupled with a grounding in the technical aspects associated with the delivery of modern construction and engineering works” Dr Sean Lyons, Dean of Faculty of Engineering and Informatics.
The course aims to provide graduates with the appropriate level of knowledge and skills to manage complex construction projects in an efficient and safe manner, from inception to completion.

What will I study?
Project Management and Scheduling, Building Information Management for Construction, Construction Economics and Procurement, Site Organisation, Business Management, Construction Law, Information Systems and Professional Development.
A minimum 12-week work placement and dissertation also forms part of this course. |
