The ever changing economic environment constantly presents new opportunities and challenges. Working environments, and the people within them, must be change-conscious in order to take advantage of these new economic realities. This course is leadership change management which provides an understanding of how leadership and changes in industry environment can impact on the success of an organisation.
The programme features theoretical and practical examples on topics of leadership, internal and external environments, change processes and the necessity and role of standards to effective practice and leadership. Change is a constant feature in social care and this certificate will enable learners to reflect on change, focus on the positive sides of change, and encourage learners to use their skills and abilities as tools for changes in social care. The programme will focus on HIQA standards and ensure that learners have the appropriate skills as set out by the sector.
