The programme is delivered through a blended learning model. Students attend classroom-based seminars and are supported in their studies by various online resources and bespoke course material.

• Management of Staff
• Management of Change
Assessment Method Award of the Professional Diploma in Management Development is based on successful completion of four assignments, attendance at workshops and final examinations.
