Entry Requirements • a BSc (Ordinary) in Mathematics

• a qualification of NFQ level 7 where Mathematics was taken as a major subject for three years,


• the Licentiateship of the IMA or

• any other such qualification that the Institute may deem equivalent.

Year 2 consists of optional topics from an approved list

Students may enter Year 1 or Year 2 which are offered on alternate years, depending upon which is being offered in the current academic year.
Assessment Method Continuous assessment counts for 25% of the final mark. Examinations are held at the end of Semester 2.
