Duration 1 academic year. Part-time.

Year 1:
The programme runs 2 Fridays per month from October to April with 2 workshops on 2 consecutive days (Thursday and Friday) in September and May.

Year 2:
Group and Individual tutorials will be provided throughout the academic year

The programme runs 2 evenings per week plus occasional Saturday workshops from September to May.
Course Fee Year 1 Postgraduate Diploma in Advanced Fieldwork Practice and Supervision [Social Work] costs are managed by the School of Applied Social Studies.

Year 2 Students are required to pay €2,000 tuition fees on successful progression to the MA Year 2 level of the programme.

Assessment Method This course is assessed through thesis and continuous assessment.

Year 1: The Portfolio forms the basis of assessment on the program in Year 1 when there are a number of designated assignments to be included in the final portfolio.

Year 2: requires the completion of a minor thesis.
