Duration 1 Year add-on programme (following on from 2 Year Higher Certificate LC299).

Class Contact Hours: 20 hours per week approx. followed by a 6 month paid work placement (600 hours min).
Entry Requirements Minimum Entry Requirements:
Higher Certificate in Arts in Hospitality Studies or equivalent (Level 6).

Applicants who do not hold a relevant qualification but have relevant work experience are also invited to apply.
