This Postgraduate Certificate will challenge traditional views of conflict, and encourage students to develop a reflective, theory-based approach to the application of mediation skills. Practical instruction and exercises will take place within a theoretical framework, and students will take an active part in their learning.
This Postgraduate programme follows a blended format, combining weekend workshops with online learning and activities, self-directed study and reflective learning. Assessment will be by means of written assignments and a practical mediation skills assessment. The programme workshops are delivered at St. Angela’s College.
