Course Summary This course was developed to provide the student with an advanced understanding of the theory, practices and instrumentation associated with chromatographic separation techniques. The focus is primarily on High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) and Gas Chromatography (GC), Ion Chromatography IC and reverse-phase bioseparations. The interfacing of hyphenated techniques involving Mass Spectrometry (MS), such as LC-MS and GC-MS, is also covered.
