The course structure has been specifically designed to accommodate both students and employers through use of e-learning and reduced contact hours. This allows for greater flexibility and autonomous learning in order to maximise student engagement. The course can be taken as blended learning (with 4 on site days at UCD and online releases) or completely online.

Entry Requirements All applicants must have a relevant health care qualification and have been working in their professional role for 12 months. Paediatric work must form some part of their workload.

This course is directed towards all radiographers working either full or part of their clinical time with paediatric patients. These healthcare professionals should have a desire to understand more about how different modalities are used in paediatric imaging and key topics surrounding this area of radiography.
