Subjects Taught This is a 20-ECTS-credit programme, comprising two modules:

•Leadership and Organisational Dynamics - 10 ECTS credits in Trimester 1, Monday mornings

•Management in Action - 10 ECTS in Trimester 2 on certain Mondays. This module also contributes to the MSc in Leadership, Innovation and Management in Healthcare.
Assessment Method A wide a range of student-centered teaching methods are used. Brightspace, UCD’s Virtual Learning Environment (VLE), is used extensively to support online learning and teaching.
