The programme is offered part-time. Students attend classes one day and one evening a week (i.e. Wednesdays in Year 1 and Thursdays in Years 2 and 3)

Following completion of this programme, graduates may be eligible to progress to honours degree programmes within the College, such as BSc in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying & Construction Economics.
