Entry Requirements Access to this module is limited to those holding the Graduate Diploma EMS or Higher Diploma EMS.

Candidates will complete a primary research project in a subject area related to the practice of pre-hospital emergency care. A research proposal must be submitted and approved before acceptance to the module.

External and internal assessors will report on the completed dissertation.

This two semester course builds on the UCD Graduate Diploma in Emergency Medical Science.

Students will be supervised in the design and completion of a piece of original research in the area of pre-hospital care.
