Entry Requirements Access to this module is limited to those holding the Grad Dip EMS or HDip EMS. Candidates will complete a primary research project in a subject area related to the practice of pre-hospital emergency care. A research proposal must be submitted and approved before acceptance to the module. External and internal assessors will report on the completed dissertation.

Course Content The Centre for Emergency Medical Science (CEMS) offers an MSc Emergency Medical Science (Advanced Paramedic). Candidates complete a minor thesis by primary research in a relevant area of pre-hospital emergency care and acquire a further 30 ECTS credits.
