This programme is a full-time programme with approximately 25 class contact hours per week. It is also possible to study this programme on a part-time basis over a number of years, but please note that classes are scheduled during the day with the full-time students.

Entry Requirements Minimum entry requirement is a H2.2 in a non-accounting level 8 degree or an approved equivalent non-accounting qualification. Students who have an Honours Bachelor Degree (Level 8) or equivalent in accounting, achieved outside Ireland are also eligible.

Comment Upon successful completion of this course you may be entitled to exemption from the CAP 1 stage of the Chartered Accounting Ireland qualification and seven of the nine fundamental papers with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). Guidance is provided in relation to the professional accounting bodies and their requirements.
