Subjects Taught Graduate Entry Medicine (GEM) is a Medical degree for graduates who already hold a degree in any other discipline.

GEM is a 4-year course in which the biomedical sciences, early clinical science and practice with public health / epidemiology are taught during Year 1 and the first semester of Year 2, after which teaching in clinical practice dominates.
