Course Summary The MA in German aims to provide students who already have a background in German at undergraduate level with an opportunity to specialise in the areas of translation, literary analysis and applied linguistics at a postgraduate level.

Subjects Taught The course involves two elements: a set of modules on which students will be examined in January and in May/June, and a dissertation (Minor Thesis) which students are expected to complete during the summer after their 2nd semester.
