Delivery
This programme will run over two academic years. The proposed commencement date for Year 1 is Saturday 17th September 2022 with a half day induction on campus in either Thurles or Moylish. The programme uses a blended learning approach with a mix of online delivery and classroom based workshops. There will be approximately 4 Saturday workshops per semester alternating between Thurles and Limerick, dates for workshops will be confirmed prior to induction.
Course Fee The fee for this programme is €2,250 per annum.

The programme aims to equip students with the knowledge, skills and competencies required to fulfill a variety of leadership roles within the Early Childhood Education and Care sector.

The assessment strategy for this programme includes both formative and summative elements including: written assignments, projects, portfolios, skills demonstration and examination.

Professional practice placement is a core requirement and can be completed in the participant’s existing place of employment.
