Entry Requirements Leaving Certificate – Grade O6 at ordinary level in five subjects in the Leaving Certificate.

Two of these subjects must be Mathematics and a language (English or Irish)

or

any QQI Level 5 (Full award with a minimum of eight modules)

or

Recognition of Prior Learning. (APL/APEL)
Mature Applicants Mature applicants (i.e over 23 years)

This course is not for those who are looking to obtain the educational requirements to apply for a Property licence, it is aimed at those currently working or those who hope to work as administrators in a real estate profession.

The objective of this programme is to give appropriate knowledge and competencies to individuals who are working in, or those intending to work in, Real Estate Offices, and are required to support the Real Estate Auctioneer and their clients in a professional and competent manner.
