For those working in non-managerial roles who want to progress into management roles in the future, this course will equip them with the necessary skills to do so.

For those already in a management role, this will re-skill them in necessary areas and provide a qualification to support existing experience.

Graduates of the Diploma Management Practice often go on to study the Postgraduate Cert in Project Management or the Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management.
