Q. Who attends Lifelong Learning courses in UCD?

Lifelong Learning is open to all and provides a chance to explore a subject without any examination. You do not need to have attended further or higher education to enjoy these classes.

Course Content Tutor: Dr Patrick Quinn.

This course will examine the relationship between philosophy and Marxism, aesthetics, the life of the mind, blindness, encountering evil and the existence of reality. Philosophers and thinkers include Karl Marx, James Connolly, Hannah Arendt, Ludwig Wittgenstein, Aristotle and Martin Milligan. Handouts will be given and participants are encouraged to contribute to class discussions as part of the learning process.
