Duration Delivery
This programme will be delivered part-time over 1 year, on Monday and Thursday evenings from 6.30pm to 9.30pm. Four modules will be completed, two per semester. Semester 1 runs from September to December. Semester 2 runs from January to May. (Delivery days are subject to change)

This programme may be offered again in the 2022-2023 academic year. This will be confirmed in early Summer 2022.

Subjects Taught What modules will I study?
The programme consits of four (5 credit) modules:

Computer Applications - this module runs in Semester 1 (September -December).

Personal Development - this module runs in Semester 1 (September - December).

Learning and Academic Skills Development - this module runs in Semester 2 (January - May).

Mathematics - this module runs in Semester 2 (January - May).
Assessment Method The programme will be delivered through blended methods (a mixture of online and on-campus delivery) and will include a range of lectures, tutorials, projects, and assignments. This structure is based on providing students with the relevant study skills, IT skills, and educational guidance needed to pursue a third-level degree programme. Students can avail of support and mentoring through the LIT Access Service.
