It aims to equip candidates with modern tools for effective decision-making and to provide them with the ability to evaluate their decisions in the context of real-world case examples.

The programme is ideal for anyone without a business qualification who is keen to develop the skills that will help them transition into junior and middle level managerial roles. Incorporating modules like Project Management, Managing Change, and Business Process Mapping and Improvement, this programme is designed with strong industry input and the contributions of leading experts in delivering content and sharing their expertise and networking opportunities.
