Entry Requirements Leaving Certificate – Grade O6 at ordinary level in five subjects in the Leaving Certificate.

Two of these subjects must be Mathematics and a language (English or Irish)

any QQI Level 5 (Full award with a minimum of eight modules)

Course Content Applicants will have the opportunity to explore and develop their interest in Contract and Employment Law.

The main aim of the Certificate in Contract and Employment Law is to provide learners of all backgrounds with the opportunity to explore and develop their interest in Contract and Employment Law.

Assessment Method The programme’s assessments will be a combination of final examinations and continuous assessments.

Careers or Further Progression Progression from the Certificate in Contract and Employment Law programme is on to the level 8 Bachelor of Arts in Law programme. Entry criteria to this bachelor is based on being a mature applicant (i.e over 23 years of age) and completion of the Certificate in Contract and Employment Law programme.
