SETU Carlow Games Programming & Cyber Security Summer Camp 2026

SETU (Carlow Campus) is running its popular Computing Summer Camp, supported by the HEA, from the 4th to the 5th of June 2026.

The camp will introduce a number of computing areas to participants in a fun and interactive way and provide them with a taste of studying computing in college. Students will learn and experience how to:

How to program games
How to program a humanoid robot
How to build your website
Defend a hospital from attack
Computer forensics to solve a crime

The summer camp is open to any secondary level student in Transition Year or above. There are, however, a limited number of places, so book early. The cost is €20 per student, which includes lunch each day.
