Duration
1 year full-time. This course is timetabled over three days to accommodate chefs working in the industry.
Entry Requirements
Applicants for this course must have successfully achieved a Level 5 award in Professional Cookery or equivalent, or have relevant Culinary experience.

Graduates may find employment in a wide range of businesses and organisations involved in the food and beverage industry. Alternatively, graduates may choose to progress to Level 7 and 8 degree programmes in universities and technological universities nationwide.
