Course outline - How to make your home work for you.
If you’re thinking of a career in Interior Design, building a home, or looking for some creative ideas for a home makeover, this 8-week Interior Design course will give you information, inspiration, and food for thought. Each week we will cover an important area of design, like lighting, flooring, spatial planning, materials or colour. We will also look at each individual area in the home and discuss how to plan your space, problem solve and source fixtures and fittings. There will be ideas for designing on a budget and upcycling, and we will look at how we can make sustainable design choices. By the end of the course you will be thinking like a design pro; ready to tackle all those projects you have been putting off! You may even discover a new passion and career.
