Minimum Entry Requirements
• Leaving Cert Standard or Equivalent.
• Mature students welcome.
• Interested students will benefit from completing our first year Beauty Therapy course first. Enquire with our team for further details.
Careers / Further progression
Educational Progression
Students who are under 23 and interested in progression routes should complete Beauty Therapy Year 1, so that they achieve full QQI Level 5 award, as well as their ITEC Award. Mature entry route is available to a variety of Level 8 degrees.
Employment
On completion of this course the majority of students progress to employment or self-employment in a variety of settings including spas, salons and hotels.

Registration Fee: €50 (non refundable, secures your place). This is the total course charge for this college year. Registration fee is non refundable, and secures course place. Additional charges such as personal uniform and kit may apply - €200 approximately.
Students may apply for a grant through www.susi.ie Some students are eligible for places on VTOS courses or through the DSP through back to education allowance.

This course is designed for students looking to specialise in the area of holistic and complementary therapies. It is open to those with experience in the beauty industry who may already be working and want the opportunity to upskill and expand their range of qualifications. By participating in this course, students can enhance their expertise and stay current with the latest trends and techniques in holistic and complementary therapies. This additional training allows them to broaden their service offerings and advance their careers in the beauty and wellness fields.
