This course would be of interest to individuals who are interested in food, what different food groups can do in your body, the nutritional composition of food and how nutrition can affect your health and lifestyle.

Duration
10 weeks, Wednesday evening, online or classroom.
The theory exam for this course may be held onsite in the Mulgrave Street Campus, Limerick.
Learners undertaking online courses must have basic IT skills and have access to the necessary ICT equipment, software and Broadband capability to enable them to undertake an online course.
