Social Media for Digital Marketing
The aim of this programme is to provide the learner with the knowledge and skills to: • Use a range of digital business tools and applications to enhance customer experience and business productivity • Enhance the sales and marketing approach of a business by using social media for digital sales and marketing.

Duration
The course is one evening per week, in-centre, Tuesday, 6pm - 9pm for 10 weeks.
Entry Requirements
Education: No formal education or qualifications are required, although applicants may have participated in primary and secondary education. Applicants will be expected to demonstrate a standard of knowledge, skill, and competence equivalent to NFQ Level 4 when accessing the proposed programme, or have achieved the relevant skills, knowledge, and competences through work experience.
Aptitude: Applicants must have a motivation to learn, an interest in the subject and the ability to acquire the knowledge, skills and competencies set out in the programme. Applicants must be able to work with responsibility and demonstrate the ability to work on their own initiative.

Applicants will be expected to demonstrate a standard of knowledge, skill, and competence equivalent to NFQ Level 4 when accessing the proposed programme, or have achieved the relevant skills, knowledge, and competences through work experience. A minimum English language and literacy competency of B2 in writing, reading, listening and speaking on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFRL) or similar is required at entry to the programme for speakers of English as a second or other language.
English Language Requirements
Applicants whose first language is not English must have certification of a competency of B2 in reading, writing, listening and speaking on the Common European Framework of Reference for languages (CEFRL). Proof of certification shall be required.
Please note if your nationality is from outside the European Union (EU), you will be required to provide proof of a valid Stamp 4 with valid GNIB Number or if you are currently in Direct Provision you will be required to provide a copy of your Temporary Resident Card along with a Labour Market Permission Letter as issued by the Department of Immigration/Foreign Affairs.
