Entry Requirements
Leaving Certificate or QQI Level 4, or equivalent standard of education. All applicants are subject to an interview and an online assessment.

€50 QQI Level 5 Certification Fee – Medical Card holders or those in receipt of a Social Welfare payment are exempt from this Certification Fee.

This full-time one-year programme will introduce students to the world of Construction. The programme examines construction materials and safe methodologies, with emphasis on sustainable energy efficient dwellings and green technologies. Students will also attend our training workshop, where they will examine a range of different construction methods, calculate the quantities of material required to construct a domestic dwelling, create AutoCAD drawings and experience first-hand the application of renewable energy technologies.
Award Title: QQI Level 5 – Certification in Construction Technology.
