Focusing on practical industrial applications, learners will gain an understanding of process measuring systems, such as Temperature Measurement, Pressure Measurement, Level Measurement and Flow Measurement using discrete (on-off) and variable (analog) measurement methods.

Unique Features
Delivered by lecturing team on the Instrumentation apprenticeship programs.
The module will be delivered through a mix of theory and practical in our designated process Instrumentation laboratory.
Practical 4-20mA measurement loops set up based on those used in industrial processes.
Calibration of Instruments using: HART communication and manual calibration.
Simulation of process variables using field calibrators.
