Building Energy Rating Assessment (Dwellings)

Become a certified Domestic BER Assessor (QQI Level 6) with our accredited training programme. This course equips you with the skills to collect accurate building data, perform primary energy and CO₂ calculations, evaluate heating and hot-water systems, and use SEAI’s DEAP software to produce compliant BER certificates for dwellings. The programme aligns with the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD) and SEAI requirements and forms a key step towards SEAI Domestic BER Assessor registration.
