Who Can apply? Students studying a QQI Level 5 course that is linked to TAP, either Liberal Arts or Pre-University Arts can apply. The Facilitated Entry process has been designed by TCD to target and prioritise admission of socio-economically disadvantaged students and is means tested (similar to the HEAR Scheme or the SUSI grant). Also similar to the HEAR scheme, other social indicators are taken into account such as parent’s/guardian’s occupation, school attended, address etc.
