Palliative Needs Assessment

The Palliative Needs Assessment Module was developed by the HSE and is available to all health and social care professionals providing level 1 and/or 2 palliative care. The module features an optional two-day face-to-face workshop to develop key facilitation skills that enable cultural development in the workplace.
