Building on the foundations laid in Contract Law 1, this advanced course offers an in-depth exploration of contract law as it applies in Ireland. Designed to sharpen your legal reasoning and analytical skills, the course will guide you through the core principles and key theories that govern contractual relationships.
Throughout your studies, you'll develop the ability to evaluate and apply legal concepts to real-world scenarios with confidence. You’ll examine the essential elements needed to create a binding contract, explore how courts interpret different types of contract terms, and understand their significance in legal disputes.
