Course Description:
Ever wanted to learn more about the angels and archangels and how to connect with them? Would you like to understand more about how your angels communicate with you, and how to invite their loving, positive, healing energy into your life? Then this is the workshop for you.
Helen Barry is an Angel Therapist, a Meditation Teacher, a Reiki Trainer, and founder of Helen Barry Wellness. She is the content creator of the popular Facebook page Helen Barry, sharing her daily uplifting, positive mindset messages reaching millions globally.
Week 1 Who and what are the Angels and Archangels? Introduction, followed by a guided healing meditation to connect with the Angels and a guide on how they can support you in your everyday life. Introduction to Archangel Michael and Archangel Raphael.
Week 2 Connect with your personal Guardian Angel to increase awareness and support your well-being and healing on every level. Allow your Angels to bring gifts of love and compassion through meditation and help you feel connected, peaceful, balanced and energised.
Week 3 Communication and the Angels. Learn about the 4 Clairs, and explore your natural healing gifts. Recognise how the Angels talk to you – including signs, music, prayers, angel cards and angel numbers.
Week 4 Energetic Self-Care with the Angels. Learn powerful healing techniques to release fears and limiting beliefs, balance your chakras, and raise your energy vibration.
Week 5 Archangel Michael, learn how to cut energetic cords and disconnect from negative thoughts, places and people along with a beautiful energy attunement with AA Michael.
Week 6 Archangel Raphael, learn how to bring positive healing energy into your life with Archangel Raphael and an energy attunement.
Week 7 Angel Cards. work with angel cards as an amazing healing and guidance tool. Learn how to communicate clearly, to receive clear, specific guidance and messages for yourself.
Week 8 Final Week is an opportunity to practice and build confidence with what you’ve already learned, talk about experiences, ask questions and share resources with other class members. Receive extra suggestions and tips from me at our final class and hone your connection to support you for the rest of your life.
