This module aims to equip you with the relevant knowledge, skill and competence to communicate verbally and non-verbally in a comprehensive range of everyday tasks, in work related tasks independently, and/or in a supervisory capacity including using Social Media as a method of communication.

Duration
Duration: 4 training day or 8 evenings
Location: 'Live' Tutor-led online scheduled course - blended learning (1 morning class per week x 6 weeks and self-directed learning through the Lir eLearning Hub.
