Hide-The aim of this QQI Leisure Facility Operations – 5N4667 course is to provide the learner with the necessary theoretical and practical knowledge relating to Leisure facilities.
The theoretical understanding needs to be applied in the real environment to protect against health and safety issues, hygiene, legal and management best practice. Thus the gamut of leisure operations need to be covered. Each area of leisure operation carries risk and health and safety requirements. A lack of understanding in any one area will lead to increased user risk.
By the end of the course the learner will therefore have a broad understanding of Leisure operations and best practice. The course content will thus be applicable to any job role where knowledge of leisure and facility operations, management as well as hygiene strategies are relevant.
