Applicants whose first language is not English must normally also demonstrate English language proficiency of IELTS 7.0 (no band less than 6.5 in each element), or equivalent.
Applicants that have an overall of IELTS 6.5 or equivalent, with no category less than 6.0, could apply for the Graduate Diploma in Applied Linguistics Z229 and after Semester 1 appy to transfer into the MA if the School is satisfied with their language proficiency.
