People who are in receipt of an old age pension or in receipt of a social welfare payment are entitled to a concession. To obtain this concession the college will need a photocopy of documentation to show what payment you are on. This must be presented on registration along with your pps number. This can only be given at the time of registration. |
| Course Content |
The class will be designed to cater for all fitness levels, whether you’re 40 or 60, and to keep you moving and active at your own pace. The focus will be on improving Balance, Strength, Flexibility, Confidence and most of all having Fun.
What to wear: good training shoes and loose clothing What to bring: writing pad and pen, a mat, a towel, water.
