| Duration |
The programme is delivered in two/ three hour classes, over two evenings per week, in academic semesters that run from September to December and January to May, with some Saturdays throughout the year. |
| Entry Requirements |
To be eligible for entry to the course, prospective candidates must have obtained one of the following:
Five passes in the Leaving Certificate including Mathematics and either Irish or English. Pass grade in the LCVP.
Applicants with equivalent qualifications and/or relevant
minimum 5 years work experience in the case of mature student applications (i.e. over 23 years of age).
AND
Applicants MUST have a trades background or be a professional working within the property industry. |
