This special purpose award is aimed at enhancing learners’ understanding of business strategy and branding in practice. It comprises two modules – ‘Business Strategy’ & ‘Strategic Brand Management.’ The programme aims to provide learners with the relevant competencies to enable them to diagnose the key strategic issues facing a business, and then to develop proposals to deal with these. It also enhances understanding of the latest techniques involved in strategic brand management, allowing learners to apply these to their own organizational / business setting.
