Entry Requirements There are no formal entry requirements. You just need the will to succeed. Some courses do have an assessment period, this is to ensure that the course is suitable for you. National Learning Network students must be over 16 and under 66 years of age.

Course Content Course Description
The course aims to equip students with the skills and competencies in Information Technology needed to obtain employment or access further training. Supports are available including regular visits from the Distance Learning Instructor and regular centre meetings with fellow students.

Employment placements form part of the programme. Skills are acquired in your own home on equipment supplied by the centre.

Induction, Getting Started, Learning to Learn, ECDL, Communications, Personal Effectiveness, Preparation for Work, Work Experience, Self Advocacy, MOS, ECDL WebStarter, Computer Literacy, Desktop Publishing, Payroll - Manual and Computerised, Business Calculations, Statistics, Mathematics.
