•To help the learner prepare for 3rd level education by developing the critical research and inquiry skills needed
•Provide the student with the knowledge and skills to use a wide range of common computer applications.
•To facilitate the learner to participate in and understand the discipline of the work environment through work experience.
•To facilitate the learner to further develop his/her interpersonal, team working, problem solving and time management skills.
•To support progression including future participation in education and employment.
