Students not registered on the degree will receive an LIT Subject Certificate (Level 7, 5 Credits). Students registered for the degree will receive credits. Accumulation of 60 credits will lead to the degree award.

Quality Standards and Auditing, ISO 9000, ISO 14000, EN46000, EFQM, Product Design and Quality, Statistical Process Control, Acceptance Sampling, Quality Problem Solving Techniques, Standard Deviation, Normal and Binomial Distribution, Histograms, Control Charts for Variables.
Assessment Method Examinations
Each taught module has a programme of continuous assessment worth 50% and a final exam worth 50%. It is necessary to pass both elements to achieve an award in the module.
