Having a computer aided design education can create a lot of business opportunities. A business with CAD design training and experience can find work in many industries, from interior design, fashion design and product design to engineering and architecture.
The aim of this course is to enable participants to develop basic skills in an AutoCAD environment. Topics covered include:
• Understanding the AutoCAD Interface
• Creating, Opening and Saving Drawings
• Drawing, Modification and Zoom Commands
• Co-ordinate Systems - Absolute, Relative and Polar - Direct Distance Entry
• Layers, Text, Dimensions and Hatching
