Course Content Overview
This course is aimed at those who are interested in pursuing a career in the catering and hospitality industries. Students will be immersed in a wide range of specialised areas related to professional kitchen operations.

VTOS provides general education and training opportunities for unemployed adults, by enabling them to retain their Social Welfare entitlements whilst in full-time study.
Subjects Taught Menu Planning and Applied Nutrition, Culinary Techniques, Pastry, Baking and Desserts, Meal Service, Work Practice, International Cuisines, HACCP Food Safety, Food Science and Technology, Personal Effectiveness and Word Processing.
